Based in Witham

Full Time | Monday to Friday

Salary: 26,500-29,000 depending on skills and experience

Avia Technique is a leading UK aviation maintenance and repair centre, specialising in critical safety and survival equipment. We're currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our Witham facility, focusing on the maintenance and repair of emergency slides and life rafts.

Being a Technician at Avia Technique

As a Technician at Avia Technique, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining high-pressure safety equipment to the highest standards. You'll be part of a skilled and collaborative team, ensuring every component meets strict regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Carry out maintenance and repair work in line with approved aviation data Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards Work closely with colleagues to manage and prioritise workload effectively Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and attention to detail

Person profile:

Proven experience in a mechanical environment Strong understanding of high-pressure systems Aviation experience (desirable but not essential) Familiarity with aviation maintenance standards and safety protocols Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach
