Responsibilities

As a F&A Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. Your knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ CRM/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve



The F&A Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations. Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents. Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of S/4HANA Finance technology The process lead should have deep business process knowledge and some hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP S/4 Hana finance or Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA in the following areas: Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly SAP S/4 Hana Finance Migration Methodology New Functionalities in GL Accounting New Functionalities in Asset Accounting Deep understanding of AP, AR and Tax functionalities New Functionalities in Management Accounting Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning Overview of Cash Management


Qualifications - Critical Skills

In addition to F&A Consulting Capability we are looking at the candidate having very high-quality hands-on experience with complex ERP implementationsMust have deep understanding of how various tracks outside of F&A functions work together for an integrated view of the enterprise applications - ex: inventory, Costing methodologies, order fulfillment, contracts management, procurement functionalities etc, especially relevant to implications on Finance and Accounting. Deep architectural understanding of at least one major ERP (SAP ECC or S/4 HANA or Oracle EBS R12 / fusion financials, etc.
