We are seeking to fill a Techno functional consultant who will be responsible for innovating and building solutions to enable payment modernization platform (Vocalink IPS platform).

The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills and demonstrated work experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery and strong Leadership and Communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for articulating product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for modernizing the payment ecosystem,
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, define technical requirements, implement, and deliver, competitive, value-added payment ecosystem products and features based on client objectives and strategies,
• Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success and evangelize the vision of new features and digital transformation to key partners and stakeholders, as well as clients,
• Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents,
• Provides strategic, innovative, and creative solutions with \'can-do\' attitude,
• Provides servant leadership to encourage the development of empowered Scrum teams,
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions,
• Assessing existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology solutions,
• Developing and configuring software applications, databases, or systems to meet business needs,
• Testing and quality assurance of software applications, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements,
• Providing technical guidance, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders,
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and system defects,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts.

Essential Skills Qualifications:

• Experience with VocalinkIPS platform implementation,
• Proven experience in analysis and design of front-end application,
• Experience in development of product strategies and roadmaps, management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery with emphasis in the Payment modernization space,
• Previous experience in product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education,
• Experienced in market research to create product roadmap, make product decisions, and iterate rapidly,
• Strong technical skills in relevant technologies and programming languages,
• Experience in software development, implementation, or systems integration,
• Knowledge of relevant software development methodologies and best practices,
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries,
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field/ MBA
