We're looking for a dynamic Technology Operations Manager to lead the delivery of secure, high-performing tech services across Starbucks' EMEA markets. You'll ensure our systems--from in-store tech to enterprise platforms--run smoothly, securely, and support our partners every step of the way.

What You'll Do:



Lead day-to-day tech operations across EMEA Manage incidents, changes, and service improvements Champion the in-store partner experience Collaborate with vendors and internal teams Drive performance through data and KPIs

What You'll Bring:



Experience in tech ops or service management (retail a plus) Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder skills People leadership experience and a service-first mindset Flexibility for on-call support and occasional travel
