As our IT function is in an exciting growth phase following our carve-out, this role offers the opportunity to help shape and build the department in a highly hands-on, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities




Act as the first point of contact for all technology needs, providing hands-on support to teams across London, New York, and Bulgaria. Work closely with our IT Director and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure effective support delivery, taking initiative to solve issues rather than relying solely on escalation. Support and improve IT processes, documentation, and ways of working as we build out our new IT function. Provide on-site support to our London office, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user training. Administer Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra, Office 365, Teams, and Intune. Support cybersecurity best practices, including patching, MFA, device security, phishing prevention, and compliance. Assist with IT asset management including device allocation, tracking, and lifecycle planning. Own and deliver IT onboarding & offboarding, ensuring new joiners have an excellent technology experience. Be proactive in identifying recurring issues and implementing practical improvements rather than relying on ticket workflows. Work with the IT Director on improving support experience, implementing new tools, and helping build the future IT setup. Contribute to shaping the IT function, perfect for someone who wants to grow with the company and be part of building something new.



You'll get hands-on with:




Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Azure / Entra, Intune, and Endpoint Manager for identity and device management Windows 11 and macOS devices across all regions Endpoint Security (Defender for Endpoint, Threatlocker/Cloudguard), MFA, and phishing prevention systems Docusign / SharePoint / Slack, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Asana / Adobe Suite / Sage Cloud storage and backup systems



Experience / Person




Ideal for someone with 2-5 years' experience in IT support or a similar role, who is ready to take ownership and grow with a developing IT function. Experience working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment (start-up, scale-up, or lean IT team) is highly beneficial. Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of MS Office suite / Entra & Exchange administration; macOS experience beneficial. Salesforce knowledge beneficial. AI Experience: Experience with Co-Pilot, Chat-GPT, or other AI platforms beneficial but not essential. Thrives in environments without heavy structure or process, comfortable solving problems independently. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to support users at all levels. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset, not just ticket-based support. Friendly, approachable, and collaborative attitude. Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated worker.
