About the role:
Pall-Ex Dorset are hiring! We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Telesales Professional to join our team, this is an office-based role Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week within the hours of 8am- 6pm.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of making daily outbound calls to successfully generate new leads.
You will be working on your own initiative to meet daily targets of number of calls made, with an end of day report that is sent through to the Director.
Full training will be given on our database 'Hubspot' where all leads are collated & our new prospect identification tool, ZINT.
As part of our comprehensive induction, the successful candidate would tour the business locations including Head Office.
Role Purpose:
Telesales focused support for all the logistics sites, generating sales leads & prospects
Supporting the Regional Business Development Managers
Telesales calls target of 80 calls per day/400 calls per week
Accurately record details of potential sales in a daily report to the GM
Maintain and update the Company's CRM system
Liaise with the GM, Site Director & Regional BDMs
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a telesales role, ideally within a Palletized network or logistics
Strong ability to generate sales leads, with a proven conversion rate
Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills
Self-motivated, organised and excellent planning skills
Enthusiastic, energetic and can work on own initiative
A positive and resilient attitude
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
