Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers

Identify customer needs and offer suitable products/services

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company goals

Develop and manage your own client campaigns, with opportunities for bonuses upon successful completion of client contracts

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications
