Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in the heart of the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to our mission of excellence at ADVANCE. Warm leads are presented on a daily basis and no lead generation required.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate business
Present and promote our services effectively over the telephone
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery
Utilise Zoho CRM for tracking sales activities
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximise sales close rates
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications - Essential & Preferential
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
PAY: Basic + Monthly Commission
