We're now looking for an experienced
Telesales & Marketing Executive
to generate high-quality new business appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients across Scotland and the wider UK.
Book qualified appointments for our field sales team to present Virtek's services.
Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Office Managers, FDs, and Managing Directors.
Build prospect lists using online tools, social media (especially LinkedIn), and internal data sources.
Support marketing efforts with follow-up emails, outreach messages, and phone-based lead nurturing.
Accurately record activity, outcomes, and notes in our CRM system.
Work to achievable KPIs including daily calls and weekly appointments booked.
About You
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
B2B telesales or lead generation
.
Confident, professional phone manner with strong listening skills.
Target-driven and motivated to succeed.
Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers.
Organised, persistent, and capable of managing your own workload.
Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines and track activity.
Background in telecoms, managed print, or
document management/workflow automation
is highly desirable.
