Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to existing clients, maintaining regular contact with assigned accounts whilst recognising the customer's individual needs and promoting our products and services. There will be an expectation to grow business through generating new business opportunities. Experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, as the role involves engaging with diverse clients across various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive environment.

Duties



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively Identify client needs and tailor conversations to highlight relevant solutions Maintain accurate records of all interactions within Salesforce CRM system Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals Analyse call data and client feedback to improve sales strategies and outreach approaches Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally Assist in developing scripts and sales pitches to optimise engagement and conversion rates

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred Strong analysis skills to interpret client data and optimise outreach strategies Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients across multiple market sectors Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a target-driven environment Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout calls

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
