Box-it North Scotland is a leading provider of document storage and confidential shredding services in the north east of Scotland. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Part-Time Telesales Executive to help us reach more clients and expand our business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work part-time hours while making a big impact. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to businesses across North Scotland
Promote our document storage and confidential shredding solutions
Book qualified appointments for our field sales team
Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Achieve agreed weekly/monthly sales and call targets
What We're Looking For
Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (B2B preferred)
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Organised and able to manage workload effectively within part-time hours
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
