We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating appointments for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage effectively with businesses.
With a starting basic salary of 25,000 and a generous commission structure with on target earnings ranging between 12,000 - 18,000 per year in addition to your salary. Our commission structure is uncapped and our top performer last year earnt over 130,000 in commission !
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions within our CRM.
Analyse client needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximise engagement.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve strategies.
Achieve daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Experience
Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and adapt approaches effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
