We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Salesperson to join our sales team.
You will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining our services, and closing sales over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys proactive selling, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Main Duties:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our print, merchandise and mailing services.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Other:
Adhere to the Data Protection Act and policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety.
Comply with Information Security policies.
Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes.
Ensure the promotion of customer focus and Information Security and environmental considerations.
Any other duties as required.
Skills/qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in print, mailing, or a related industry but not a necessity.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Confident, professional telephone manner.
Organised, with good time management and follow-up skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
