Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Field Engineers / Riggers to join our Midlands-based team, working on nationwide telecoms projects.

The Role
Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of telecoms equipment
Working on towers and rooftops across nationwide sites
Completing works in line with RAMS and H&S regulations
Adapting to changing site conditions and solving problems on site
Producing accurate job documentation and reports
Representing Beacon Comms professionally on site
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Telecommunications Field Engineer / Rigger
Strong understanding of telecoms works across one or multiple operators
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to work away from home when required
Comfortable working at height and in outdoor environments
Ability to read drawings, method statements, and RAMS
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Personal Attributes

Flexible with working hours and travel
Professional and respectful on site
Keen to learn, develop, and progress
Salary is negotiated on experience
