Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Telecommunications Service Representative to join our team. As a Telecommunications Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication services.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications services

- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment and software

- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure service reliability

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues

Requirements:

- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Experience with telecommunications software and equipment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Telecommunications certification (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco)

- Experience in a call center or customer-facing environment

- Knowledge of network protocols and architecture
