Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telehandler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial driving, with the ability to operate telehandlers and excavators safely and efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects, contributing to both productivity and safety on site.

Responsibilities

Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials as required on site. Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on telehandlers and other equipment as necessary.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery. Relevant Forklift Ticket required Experience operating excavators is highly desirable. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and supervisors. A commitment to safety and adherence to all health regulations on site.
