Yellowcom is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT services to business customers throughout Northern Ireland , Ireland and Scotland. Right now we're looking to grow our dynamic team with a highly motivated Telemarketer who has the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of our team you will be setting new business appointments for our Business Development Managers to attend. We supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using telemarketing software, including Salesforce. Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine marketing strategies.

Experience

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage. Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is beneficial. A proven ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly. A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and contributing to team success.

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
