Brokers Incorporated Limited is an independent insurance brokerage based in Basildon. We provide tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses across the UK, with a strong focus on personal service and long-term relationships.

We are looking for a confident and motivated

Telemarketer / Lead Generator

to join our team and help generate new business opportunities. This is a

primarily phone-based outbound role

, with some additional email and social media outreach.

The Role

Making outbound calls to UK businesses using provided call lists Introducing Brokers Incorporated and our commercial insurance services Identifying decision-makers and collecting key details (such as renewal dates) Qualifying interest and generating leads for our brokerage team Booking follow-up calls or passing warm leads to advisors Sending follow-up emails to prospects after calls Supporting basic LinkedIn and social media outreach to businesses Updating our CRM system with accurate call notes and outcomes
Full training, and ongoing support will be provided.

What We're Looking For

Confident and professional telephone manner Comfortable making outbound (cold and warm) calls Positive, resilient attitude and not discouraged by rejection Clear written communication skills for follow-up emails Organised with good attention to detail Target-driven and motivated by commission and results
Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales is helpful but

not essential

. Training will be provided.
