The Job

It's a full-time job, Monday-Friday, finishing at 2pm on Fridays You will be contacting new clients who have made enquiries on our website Building rapport and generating interest is key There's lots of expert training and ongoing career development You're surrounded by people who have 'been-there, done-that' who will help and support you Based from our Manchester offices

The Ideal Candidate

You'll need to have strong rapport building skills and really care about the customer, not just the sale It's a bright and bubbly office; you'll need to be outgoing to fit in with the team You should be career driven and want to be rewarded for the work that you put in Previous telephone-based sales experience is essential A confident, outgoing personality - you'll thrive in our fast-paced team Someone who genuinely cares about delivering great customer outcomes Ambition to grow a long-term career in financial services A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Basic salary 24,000 per annum basic + commission

TELEPHONE BASED SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

? Finish at 2pm on a Friday

? No compulsary weekend work

? 22 days' holiday per year, plus your birthday as paid holiday
