Key responsibilities:
Delivering first class customer experience.
Take inbound calls from customers
Make outbound calls to follow up and offer our new and existing products with our customers.
Managing complaints to avoid escalation
Advising of products and services, upselling, and providing general information.
Go the "extra mile" to meet customer needs.
Consistently striving to achieve sales and call targets whilst always maintaining quality.
Maintain customer information in the Company database.
Target driven and determined to make a difference.
To be a part of our team we need you to be an excellent communicator, have excellent people skills and must be comfortable dealing with all client queries as well as presenting products over the phone.
The position offers an hourly rate of 12.21 with an excellent commission scheme which is uncapped.

Proven experience of working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
6 Months of previous Customer Service/Telesales Experience Essential.
