As this role is predominantly telephone based, previous experience in customer service and on telephones is essential. Candidates selected for interview will use their CVs to show relevant experience in a similar role and will demonstrate that they are confident to support our clients on the telephone and be the friendly, helpful and informative voice of Your Conveyancer.
