About the role

As part of our Technical Services team, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of all our equipment. Whether it's assisting with application engineering, technical support, maintaining inventory, or helping customers with product demos, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the industrial tech sector.

Key Responsibilities




Act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries via phone, email, web, and face-to-face. Support the Technical Helpdesk team with case management, scheduling, order handling, and documentation. Rotate through wider channel functions such as project engineering, technical support, installations, and field service. Learn and shadow experienced team members to provide cover when needed. Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution. Contribute to process improvements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


What We're Looking For:




A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic technical knowledge or a keen interest in industrial equipment (training will be provided). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a customer-facing role. A team player with a collaborative approach to work. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills - clear, articulate, and professional. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of individual tasks. Resilient, detail-oriented, and highly organised. Technically minded with an interest in electronics, print technology, or engineering. Familiarity with Domino printer systems (CIJ, TIJ, laser) is an advantage. Previous experience in a workshop, field service, or technical assistant role is beneficial. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel).
