The London Mint Office, based in Williamstown, Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales is looking to recruit sales agents to further develop and expand their knowledge in the numismatic industry. We are a trusted and respected partner for a large number of British coin collectors.

Role Summary:

Agents are required to be enthusiastic individuals who contribute in generating sales. You will be responsible for presenting new and interesting collections to existing customers over the phone, closing sales and maintaining good customer relationships.

You must be an excellent communicator, have excellent people skills, be comfortable presenting products over the telephone as well as dealing with customer requirements and enquiries.

The goal is to bring in new customers and develop the business.

Key responsibilities:

Answer new business calls, setting up customer accounts and offer an upgraded product where possible. Contact existing customers to complete their collections Answer questions about products Update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Go the "extra mile" to meet customer needs and sales targets Facilitate future sales by creating a great first impression of the company
General

No experience necessary however you must be driven, enthusiastic and have a passion for sales Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (i.e. Office software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to remain self-motivated Proven experience of working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
The role also offers excellent commission rates with an unlimited on target earning potential.

Pay: 26,984.00 per year
