About Fieldway Advertising
We connect local businesses to targeted audiences through advertising space on golf scorecards. With a successful and established product, our telesales team regularly earns well above the base salary.
The Job
You will be making outbound calls to businesses, presenting our advertising offer, managing objections, and closing sales. All work is carried out from our Blackpool office, with full training provided.
Duties
Daily outbound calls to potential advertisers
Presenting the offer and handling questions
Sending follow-up information via email
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Ideal Skills
Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude
Sales or customer contact experience is a bonus
Comfortable using computers and email
Resilient and motivated to achieve targets
We Offer
20,000 base salary
OTE 45,000-50,000 (top performers 70,000)
Paid breaks: lunch (30 minutes) and two 10-minute breaks
Supportive, friendly team environment
Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM
