Job Description

An exciting opportunity for someone who is forward thinking and self-motivated to help coordinate on-line sales of landscape supply products.

We are looking for someone who has experience in sales and a customer service back ground, you must have an excellent phone manner. Admin and IT skills are essential.

The Person:

To be able to communicate effectively Strong people skills Must be flexible and willing to work extra hours during busy periods. Carry out varied tasks positively and reliably. Must have the ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail. Must be self-motivated but also have the ability to work as part of a team. Forward thinking to resolve unforeseen problems. A knowledge of gardening and landscape materials essential.

The job:

Driving sales to have exceptional customer service and selling skills. To maintain high standards in the specialised product areas. To have detailed product knowledge of the items sold within this area. Preparing quotes, processing telephone and Internet orders, communicate with customers to confirm delivery information.

Own transport would be required due to the location of the business.
