Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and energetic Telephone Representatives to join our team!

CA Cars is a leading provider of Dual Controlled Vehicles to Driving Instructors around the UK.

We're looking to employ a telesales team of 2 to call prospective clients and inform them of our offers.

Base Salary of 25,400 for a 40 hour week plus a commission paid for successful referrals to the account managers that result in a sale.

The role is permanent and if successful, you will progress to become an account manager.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers seeking information or assistance Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Utilise our CRM software to log interactions, track leads, and manage customer data efficiently Present product or service features clearly, emphasizing benefits to persuade potential clients during telemarketing campaigns Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and close sales effectively Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop outreach strategies for business development

Requirements

Experience in telemarketing Experience in the Motor trade Driving License Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development strategies Exceptional customer service skills with a professional yet friendly demeanor Self-motivated with a proactive approach Knowledge of marketing principles related to telemarketing campaigns is a plus
