Job Description

Value Cabs require telephonists to be based in its modern purpose-built call centre based in Belfast City Centre.

We are currently recruiting for a number of shifts (see below)

Wednesday: 15:00-23:00

Friday: 12:00-20:00 and 16:00-02:00

Saturday: 17:00-03:00, 19:00-05:00

Sunday: 15:00 - 01:00

If any of the weekday shifts above are taken it must include a Saturday night.

We are also looking to fill a role on a temporary basis and those shifts would be:

Wednesday to Saturday 07:00-15:00

Your role will involve taking calls from Value Cab customers and entering data on to the computer system

Qualifications/ Experience: Basic computer literacy, effective verbal communication skills, and eagerness to learn are required.

Our in-house training will teach you the rest. Previous experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential. Full paid training provided.
