Telephonist
Job Description
Value Cabs require telephonists to be based in its modern purpose-built call centre based in Belfast City Centre.
We are currently recruiting for a number of shifts (see below)
Tuesday: 23:00-07:00
Wednesday: 23:00-07:00
Saturday: 18:00-04:00
Sunday: 23:00-07:00
Your role will involve taking calls from Value Cab customers and entering data on to the computer system
Opportunities for role progression and promotion available.
Qualifications/ Experience: Basic computer literacy, effective verbal communication skills, and eagerness to learn are required.
Our in-house training will teach you the rest. Previous experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential. Full paid training provided.
Other Information: Recommend a driver scheme (50 bonus for any taxi driver referred to Value Cabs). Full detail available.
