As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Account Manager to join our friendly and energetic sales team at the Telford Head Office our family-run business.

The Role



As a

Telesales Account Manager

, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing trade customers while developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and relationship building. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.

Proactively contact potential new customers to introduce Eden Horticulture products and services.

Handle inbound sales enquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and promotions.

Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

About You



We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, confidence, and a natural ability to build rapport over the phone. You'll thrive in a sales-driven environment and have a passion for providing first-class customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in telesales, account management, or similar sales roles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively.

Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience in the horticultural, wholesale, or related industry is advantageous but not essential.
