Bartercard is a B2B Trade Exchange where members of our Global Network purchase goods and services using their goods and services!
What do we do?
Like-minded business owners sell their excess stock, idle inventory, downtime and spare capacity to Bartercard members in exchange for trade pounds (T), our unique currency that is spent within our 55K strong global network. Businesses pay with their Ts to offset cash expenses, freeing up cash flow and purchasing products or services for which they may not have had a budget. All with customers they would have never had before!
What are we after?
We are looking for a well-spoken telesales account manager to handle sales over the telephone and maintain relationships with clients. The telesales account manager's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close deals, documenting customer information and purchases, and helping current clients buy and sell.
A successful telesales account manager has excellent communication skills and sales ability. It would help if you were meticulous in keeping records and handling all aspects of making a sale.
Telesales Account Manager Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and the required products and services.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers' questions about the products and services they require.
Meeting sales quotas.
Telesales Account Manager Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
