We are seeking to appoint a driven and experienced Tele-sales admin to join our team. With a proven experience of Sales.
The successful applicant will provide experienced tele-sales support, mapping out process In addition to customer service and upselling to our customer base. responsible for generating leads, Providing customer service and increasing sales through an existing and comprehensive list of loyal customers.
You must be able to work conscientiously on your own and in wider sales and office team environment.
The ideal location will be the North of England.
Responsibilities & duties:
Lead generation
Sales and marketing development
Customer service and telephone contacts
Revisit customer accounts to upsell.
Build relationships between the business and its customers
Find key decision makers and their contact information for qualified leads
Communicate directly with clients to encourage and enhance trusting relationships.
This list is not exhaustive, you may be required to fulfil other reasonable duties in-line with business requirements, admin and office related duties are the foundation of what's required.
Skills / attributes required;
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Enthusiasm for customer sales and service
Comfortable and enthusiastic phone manner
Proficient in MS Office including, Excel, and Outlook
Qualifications / experience required
Experience in tele-sales and lead generation.
Customer service experience
General knowledge of manufacturing, Plastic and/or packaging
Package;
Basic salary 26,000 - 28,000 Negotiable with proven experience, bonus linked to both turnover/profit targets.
