Inbound/Outbound Telesales Advisors to join our team in 2025, with interviews taking place ASAP!
Our trained agents engage with our clients (either by telephone, email or live chat) to fully understand their personal and financial circumstances before passing them onto our Financial Advisors.
Actively listening and gaining the client's trust and commitment is an essential part of the role. This will be achieved by your mix of empathy and active listening with clear, accurate communication.
You will be expected to put the client at their ease, reassuring them and ensuring that we highlight the most appropriate route for them to take. You will speak to a variety of clients and many will be vulnerable and require additional support.
You will be communicating with our clients for most of your working day (either on the telephone or online). Previous customer service experience is a must, as is excellent customer service skills and telephone manner. We are looking for people who may have a basic understanding of debt solutions, may have previous experience in an accountancy or may have had previous experience of running their own business - this would all be an advantage, however not essential as full training is provided for you.
We are available to support our clients between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays therefore all of these roles have a 42.5 hour per week shift pattern, which will include a requirement to work 1 or 2 late shifts (12-8pm) per week and 1 in every 3 Saturdays.

Salary: 25.000 - 27,000 per annum
OTE - 45,000 per annum
