Salary and Benefits:



A competitive starting salary of 30K, increasing to 32,500 after training and 35K upon meeting KPIs. Senior roles offer 40K, with an OTE of 70K and top performers earning 100K+. Role Overview

:

As a Telesales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data. Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer. Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process. Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement. Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. Stay informed about the products and services we offer. Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest with potential clients.

Required Skills

:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong organisational and time management skills.
