. You will be the first point of contact for customers, explaining the benefits of the scheme, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our surveyors and installers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to raise awareness of the ECO4 scheme.
Qualify customer eligibility based on scheme criteria.
Book appointments for energy surveys and installations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.
Accurately record customer information on the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
Stay up to date with the latest ECO4 funding guidelines and benefits.
Skills & Experience
Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
Confident communicator with an engaging telephone manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office).
