We're Get Training, one of the most successful training providers of gas, electrical and renewables courses for 20 years!

We are looking for Telesales people with a high closing ratio and proven track sales record.

The role is office based, speaking with potential customers and offering them life changing courses.

All our courses are accredited and approved, getting our candidates fully qualified in their chosen careers.

On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to follow up appointments to convert enquiries to sales, offering our wide range of courses in a friendly and approachable manner.

Main roles and responsibilities

Finalising sales

Updating and maintaining the CRM system

Approaching leads through phone and email on a day-to-day basis

Following up appointments from our CRM database.

Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets

Candidates Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, like minded individual with a desire to thrive and succeed in sales.

Confidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practices.

Must have a proven track record in Telesales or Field Sales

Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

IT literate

Strong administration skills
