Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding call handling.
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Own transport vital due to rural location and lack of public transport links.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
No experience necessary as full training provided.
Hours:
40 hours over 5 days - Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm - Will include most Saturdays.
