To generate high-quality leads, book appointments, and support the sales pipeline across Proactive Group (Cleaning, FM, Construction, Specialist Cleaning). The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up enquiries, reactivating dormant clients, and assisting the sales team in converting opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Make high-volume outbound calls (80-120 per day depending on campaign).
Follow up new enquiries from multiple channels (Google Ads, email, website, CRM).
Reactivate dormant and historic clients with structured engagement calls.
Use tailored scripts to open conversations and qualify leads effectively.
Book appointments, surveys, and site visits for BDMs and team leaders.
Gather customer requirements and pass warm leads to the sales team.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Log all calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions in Odoo CRM.
Maintain accurate data and ensure the pipeline is clean and up to date.
Chase pending quotations and re-engage prospects who have gone quiet.
Support the sales team with updates to customer records and contact details.
Client Engagement & Communication
Professionally introduce the company and its services to prospective clients.
Identify client needs across Cleaning, FM, and Construction services.
Build rapport with prospects and develop long-term relationships.
Handle basic objections, queries, and redirect technical questions to relevant teams.
Sales Administration
Prepare and send introductory emails after calls.
Update daily call sheets, target trackers, and performance logs.
Communicate with the operations team regarding urgent enquiries.
Support the marketing team with feedback from campaigns and call results.

Skills & Experience Required Essential
Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
Strong communication, objection handling, and rapport-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good IT skills and experience using CRMs (Odoo preferred but not required).
High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to push for results.
Desirable
Experience in telesales, inside sales, call centre, or appointment booking.
Knowledge of cleaning, FM, or construction services (training provided).
Experience in B2B outbound calling.
