As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for driven and ambitious
Telesales Associates
to join our growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, hitting targets, and working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound sales calls to engage with senior business executives and decision-makers.
? Promote and sell attendance to exclusive EDS events such as summits, industry dinners, and leadership experiences.
? Research and identify potential clients, qualifying leads through targeted outreach.
? Deliver persuasive pitches over the phone, clearly articulating the value and benefits of participating in EDS events.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts to maximise sales opportunities.
? Manage the full telesales cycle -- from initial contact through to closing deals and confirming attendance.
? Log all calls, leads, and outcomes accurately within the company CRM (HubSpot).
? Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and revenue targets.
Personal Specification:
? Previous
telesales, inside sales, or call centre experience
is highly desirable.
? Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and rapport-building skills.
? Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Resilient, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
? Professional and engaging approach when speaking with senior business leaders.
? Strong organisational and time management skills.
? Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
