The Role

We are looking for a

Telesales / Business Development Executive

to generate enquiries for two established B2B businesses:

Tube and Steel Supplies Ltd

and

TSS Balustrade Centre

.

This is a

pure lead-generation role

. Your focus will be on outbound activity to create:

Steel supply enquiries from manufacturers, fabricators, and engineers Tender and early-stage enquiries from building contractors for balustrade systems
You will contact prospects via

telephone, email, and LinkedIn

, passing qualified opportunities to our sales and estimating teams.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects Generate and qualify enquiries Re-engage dormant and historical accounts Secure tender opportunities for balustrade projects Maintain accurate CRM records Work to clear daily and weekly activity KPIs

What We're Looking For

Experience in telesales, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation Confident, resilient telephone manner Comfortable speaking with decision-makers Strong work ethic and reliability Organised and KPI-driven
Industry experience is helpful but not essential -- full training provided.
