We are now looking for a

Telesales & Customer Service Advisor

to join our busy sales office and play a key role in supporting our trade customers.

The Role

This is a front-line, high-responsibility role focused on supporting our existing customers, generating new business, and maintaining the high service standards ABM is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming calls and emails from B2B customers. Processing orders quickly and accurately using our internal systems. Making outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and increase order frequency. Supporting the sales team with pricing, quotes, and product information. Managing customer queries, delivery updates, and after-sales issues. Ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional experience. Helping identify sales opportunities within our product ranges.

What We're Looking For

Experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar office-based role. Clear, confident telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork. Good numeracy and communication skills. Knowledge of electrical, DIY, or wholesale products is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Work Location: In person
