Job Overview


We are seeking a confident and motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls and

booking qualified appointments

for our field representatives to meet with businesses and show how we help reduce their

business rates

.

Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses Speak directly with decision-makers (owners, directors, managers) Explain the benefits of a business rates review in a clear and professional manner

Book face-to-face

for our field sales team Keep accurate records of calls and follow-ups Meet daily/weekly targets for call volumes and appointments booked

Requirements



Previous telesales, call centre, or appointment-setting experience (preferred but not essential) Confident and professional telephone manner Ability to communicate with people at all levels Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude Organised, punctual, and reliable
