Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses
Speak directly with decision-makers (owners, directors, managers)
Explain the benefits of a business rates review in a clear and professional manner
Book face-to-face
for our field sales team
Keep accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volumes and appointments booked
Requirements
Previous telesales, call centre, or appointment-setting experience (preferred but not essential)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude
Organised, punctual, and reliable
