Backed by industry traction and an ambitious vision, we're scaling fast--and now we need a driven Appointment Setter to help us grow.

The Role


We're looking for a confident, tenacious self-starter to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Your job is simple: open doors. You'll be the first point of contact for estate agents, surveyors, and property pros--sparking interest, qualifying leads, and booking demos for our senior team.

What You'll Be Doing



Making 50-70+ calls a day to prospective clients Sending cold and warm outreach emails that get replies Messaging via LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers Booking qualified meetings into the team's calendar Keeping our CRM up to date and making follow-ups happen Working closely with the SDR and sales team to improve scripts and workflows Learning the ropes of our product, market, and customers

About You



You're not scared of the phone--and you can charm on it You're naturally curious and ask great questions You enjoy structured, consistent work and love chasing a goal You write clearly and can hold a great conversation You've maybe worked in telesales, recruitment, or fundraising--or you're just gritty and determined
What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in sales, lead gen or business development (SaaS or Proptech a bonus) Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organised, persistent, and goal-oriented Comfortable talking to surveyors, estate agents, and property pros Interest in the UK property market, SaaS, or data-driven tools

Base salary 27,000 - 31,000 DOE + uncapped commission OTE of 52,000 Per Annum Opportunity to join early and grow with the company Ongoing sales and product training Direct access to founders and decision-making
