We are seeking a highly organised and target-orientated telesales executive to join our growing team. Capital Energy Group are installers of energy efficiency measures, including renewables energy products, across the UK. We primarily work on government backed or funded schemes, aiding in governments decarbonisation efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (warm leads)
Promote products and services to customer over the phone
Booking surveys for eligible customers
Maintain high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
Strive to exceed targets.
The ideal candidate must :
have minimum of 2 years experience in a telesales role
have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
be highly organised and target driven in a fast pace environment
Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
have a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are crucial for success in this role.
