We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Exec to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our service offerings and generate interest.
Effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
Analyse customer needs and tailor conversations to meet those needs.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for conversion.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.
Securing order during the call
Experience
Previous experience in a sales or telesales role is preferred but not essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are essential traits for success in this role.
