We're on the lookout for a Telesales Executive with a passion for putting customers and sustainable solutions at the forefront of everything they do, and who are hungry to make an impact!
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a key player in our high-energy team and will be working closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to help drive new business and open doors to exciting partnerships. Your mission will be to:
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives to identify and qualify new B2B opportunities
Proactively research key targets to ensure our efforts are directed to appropriate opportunities to maximise impact
Engage with decision-makers to promote our innovative waste and recycling solutions
Secure appointments for our field sales team and following up on inbound enquiries
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and pipeline progress
Share insights and customer feedback to help shape our sales strategy

Do you have the following skills and experience?
While experience in the waste industry is a bonus, it's by no means essential - we've got the expertise to get you up to speed. What's more important is your approach and a can-do attitude.
Experience in desk-based sales, telesales, or B2B lead generation is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resilient, target-driven, and proactive by nature
Strong organisation and able to manage your own pipeline
Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office package
A passion for sustainability, innovation, and doing things differently is a huge plus!

Salary
Starting from 26,500.00 per annum with a competitive bonus structure.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm / 9am - 5pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
