Telemarketer

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Have meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using

hubspot

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Analyse customer feedback and market trends to help improve sales strategies. Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Provide excellent customer service by answering enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively. Familiarity with

Hubspot

or similar CRM software is advantageous. Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, confident manner. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. A positive attitude and resilience when handling objections during calls.
