We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Telesales Executive

to join our friendly team and help drive new business opportunities while supporting our continued growth.

The Role

Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Building strong relationships and maintaining excellent customer service. Identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Following up on leads and enquiries. Working towards sales targets with a positive and professional attitude.

About You

Previous telesales or customer service experience is needed.

Confident and professional telephone manner. Competent IT skills, including

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

. Self-motivated, with good organisational skills. Friendly, approachable, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
