We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our products or services through effective communication. This position requires a strong ability to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.

Ideally this role will suit someone with Motor Trade experience.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products or services. Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management team. Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in product development.

Experience

Previous experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is essential. Familiarity with CRM software Excellent communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
