What You'll Need:

Minimum 1 year experience in sales - telesales, B2C or similar Strong closing skills and the ability to hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment A driven, money-motivated mindset Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication skills

The Role:

Engage with warm inbound/outbound leads (no cold calling) Build rapport with customers looking for car finance solutions Understand customer needs and match them with suitable finance packages Hit and exceed daily and monthly targets

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm 2 Saturdays per month

Office-based in Borehamwood (WD6 3TJ) - easily commutable from North London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas.
