You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. You will actively encourage and expand sales through contacting new and existing businesses.
You will also be responsible for regular administrative and sales duties to help the business run as smoothly as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include but not limited to the following -
Liaising with customers
Quotes
Customer orders
Product research and identification
Customer queries and problem solving
Sales analysis if required
Development of the UK market
Administrative
Completion of weekly LIONS and call logs
Invoicing
Scan, photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
Receive calls within a timely professional manner, transferring to the appropriate person via telephone and email
Resolve courier and freight forwarder issues and raise necessary claims
Draft, format, and print relevant documents
Assist with general sales team administrative tasks and provide cover for Office Administration when required
Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork and figure work
Additional
Attend UK and European trade shows
Attend training, workshops, and meetings when requested
Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, always ensuring confidentiality
